Early bird pricing must be paid in full for the discounted rate; no payment plan is available for the early bird discounted price. No full refunds are allowed; partial refund allowed up to 1/31/25 (percentage of refund gets smaller as we get closer to the event). After 1/31/25 no refunds are allowed. Flight, accommodations, transportation, etc are to be covered by you. Must abide by all current safety restrictions at camp. Participants MUST participate, no spectators allowed.
