Dr. Jen Crane is known for her innovative approach to injury prevention and performance optimization in circus arts. As a dual credentialed physiotherapist and athletic trainer, she’s spent her career working with athletes and artists of all levels – from recreational acrobats, to Cirque de Soleil artists and Olympic gymnasts. Jen loves challenging traditional perspectives in rehab sciences & brainstorming creative solutions to the unique challenges faced by non-traditional athletes. In addition to her physio work, Jen trains and performs as an aerialist, dancer, and handbalancer.

Welcome to my tutorial library! Here you'll find a selection of classes, from splits to edgework, from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Please click on the links above to see the offerings.
Classes can either be purchase to keep and download, or are available to rent for 24 hours of viewing.
Please note that the price is for one person only (please don't screen share).
